Your right to deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by Thryve Technologies, including any data collected via Facebook Login, Instagram, or Google integrations. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
How to delete your data
You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:
Once the app is live, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes all your data including business records, customer data, photos, and connected account tokens.
Send an email to hello@thryve.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address or phone number. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
You can revoke Thryve's access to your Instagram account at any time by going to Instagram → Settings → Security → Apps and Websites → Remove Thryve. This immediately revokes our access tokens. To also delete the data we have stored, follow method 1 or 2 above.
Go to Facebook → Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites → Remove Thryve. This revokes access immediately. To delete stored data, follow method 2 above.
What gets deleted
Upon a confirmed deletion request, we permanently remove:
- Your account profile (name, email, phone)
- Your business data (customer records, billing, orders)
- Photos and media you uploaded
- Instagram and Google access tokens
- Any AI-generated content associated with your account
We may retain anonymised, aggregated data (e.g., aggregate usage statistics) that cannot identify you individually.
Deletion confirmation
After your deletion request is processed, we will send a confirmation to your registered email address. If you submitted your request by email, we will reply to confirm. Deletion is irreversible — your data cannot be recovered once deleted.
