Terms of Service

1. Who this agreement is between

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Thryve, a product of Thryve Technologies, owned by Ritesh Soni HUF (Karta: Ritesh Soni), based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India ("Thryve", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Thryve, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. What Thryve provides

Thryve is a SaaS platform providing complete business management and AI-powered growth tools for Indian boutiques, fashion retail stores, and salons.

Management features include:

Customer records and measurement tracking
Order and billing management
GST-ready invoicing
Employee and karigar tracking

Growth and marketing features include:

AI-powered Instagram content generation and scheduling
Google Business Profile management and automation
WhatsApp customer follow-up automation
Exhibition and pop-up discovery
Revenue and customer intelligence dashboard

Features may be added, modified, or removed over time with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business in India to use Thryve. By using Thryve, you confirm that the information you provide about your business is accurate.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Thryve only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

Post spam, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content through Thryve
Share your account credentials with others
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
Use Thryve in a way that violates Instagram's, Facebook's, or Google's terms of service
Upload images or content you do not have the right to use commercially
Use Thryve to send unsolicited communications to your customers

5. Third-party platform compliance and pass-through terms

Thryve connects to Instagram (Meta) and Google Business Profile on your behalf using official APIs. By connecting these third-party accounts, you authorise Thryve to act on your behalf within the scope of permissions you grant.

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that your use of these integrations means you are directly bound by the terms and guidelines of those respective platforms. Specifically, you agree to comply with:

You are solely responsible for ensuring your business listings, photos, reviews, and updates comply with these third-party guidelines. Thryve is a technical intermediary and is not liable for any action taken by Meta or Google against your accounts, including ranking drops, temporary restrictions, or permanent listing suspension or removal.

6. Subscription and billing

Thryve is offered as a subscription at ₹1,499/month or an annual plan. A 30-day free trial is available with no credit card required.

Subscriptions renew automatically on the billing date unless cancelled beforehand
You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Fees are non-refundable except where required by Indian consumer protection law
We will give 30 days' notice before any price changes

7. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Thryve — photos, business data, and customer records. By uploading, you grant Thryve a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and use your content solely to provide the services you have requested. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating the platform.

8. AI-generated content

Thryve generates captions, hashtags, and post copy using AI. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is published. While Thryve is designed to reflect your brand voice and business context, AI may occasionally generate inaccurate or inappropriate content. We recommend enabling the approval step in your settings so all posts are reviewed by you before going live.

9. Limitation of liability

Thryve is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including revenue loss, data loss, or actions taken by third-party platforms (Instagram, Google) against your accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless retention is required by Indian law. See our Data Deletion page for details.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
